Heavy Vehicle Repairs

We provide heavy vehicle modification and repairs, from building ute and truck trays to manufacturing spare parts out of samples.

 Director Steve Warwick has been a government-registered manufacturer of heavy vehicles since 2011. He can legally manufacture and modify trailers, dollies, load-share dollies, and trucks, including extending the chassis.

    Our team is trusted to repair and remanufacture tipper bodies, ute/truck toolboxes, and canopies, water tanks (up to 38000 L capacity), diesel fuel tanks, car trailers, and heavy-duty trailers, all completed to client requirements. We also refurbish trailers and stock crates in addition to rebuilding tippers that have been damaged due to tipping over while unloading. 


    Equipment hire is another option. We have a 10-25 tonne BHB crane, rigger, Bobcat, and forklift for hire at an hourly rate with a qualified operator.

CNC Laser Cutting

We have a 2023 Senfeng 3015H CNC Laser Cutting Machine. We laser cut parts and can make signs using supplied dxf files. Please contact us for more details on our sign-making services for vehicles, farms, industrial locations, and more.

Building Frame

We are experienced in the structural industry including steel house framing, industrial-sized sheds, handrails, and staircases. Our fully-engineered, custom-designed shed, patio, and house frame plans suit your individual needs and shire/council requirements for approval.
